When Former top cop Dr.Norman Baxter took the stand to give evidence to the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee on the Omagh Bombing, few people ( well some ) could imagine that he would blatantly lie to the members of Parliament, the Honourable members even nodded in agreement with Baxter as he fed them with lies concerning Kevin Fulton and the police Ombudsman's office, Baxter fed them a load of shit and spun his statement all the while knowing that his statement was a wicked lie. Norman Baxter has been challenged on a number of occasions by Kevin Fulton to repeat his statement in public, but to date he has refused to do so, Norman has been tagged "The Lying Witness" something he has never challenged.
