Kevin Fulton publishes covert video on the web.
Kevin Fulton has taken the decision to publish covert video showing police Ombudsman's officers during interviews, it can be clearly seen and heard "one of the interviewing officers" warning Fulton that he is under investigation by the police and the police Ombudsman's office. Fulton is warned by the officer that whatever he says the police Ombudsman's officers have a duty to report it to the police and that it would be used in evidence against him, this is clearly understood by Fulton. Under legal advice Kevin Fulton would be foolish to speak about himself or any covert actions he carried out with the help of the British intelligence services as these activity's may not have been legal and he may be charged with an offence, Fulton had been warned by persons from the intelligence community that some files about his connections with MI5, Army & Police have now been destroyed.

It must be asked, during this investigation did the Ombudsman's officers speak to MI5 & the British army intelligence unit that Fulton worked for ?
It should be noted that Kevin Fulton's handlers where aware of his actions at all times.
